- Rates are valid for Sri Lankan Residents only
- Rates are inclusive of Taxes and Service Charge
- Booking can be made for any stay date(s) during the validity period (excluding black-out dates 20th December 2020 – 10th January 2021 & 10th April – 17th April 2021) and is subject to availability
- Full payment required at the time of booking
- E-Voucher will be valid for a single transaction only
- Once purchased the E-Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable to a 3rd party and non-redeemable for cash
- To redeem the E-Voucher and lock in your stay date(s) please email to reservations@ekhohotels.com or call 077 238 7777 / 011 558 5858 with the E-Voucher number
- Once purchased, you may make changes to your stay date(s) within the validity period of the E- Voucher and prior to the locked-in stay date
- Once stay date(s) are blocked and if there is a no-show on the locked arrival date, the E- Voucher will be considered redeemed and no refund will be arranged
