Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum of 8 nights’ Stay required per booking – you may choose the stay dates as per your preference, eg: 1 nights at EKHO Lake House this week-end, 1 night at EKHO Weligama next week etc.
  • If you wish to change the no: of nights at each property (eg: 1 night at EKHO Surf instead of 2 nights & 2 nights at EKHO Ella or EKHO Lake House), please email to reservations@ekhohotels.com
  • Rates are valid for Sri Lankan Residents only
  • Rates are inclusive of Taxes and Service Charge
  • Booking can be made for any stay date(s) during the validity period and is subject to availability (black-out dates may apply, therefore please contact our reservations for more information on black-out dates)
  • Full payment required at the time of booking
  • E-Voucher will be valid for a single transaction only
  • Once purchased the E-Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable to a 3rd party and non-redeemable for cash
  • To redeem the E-Voucher and lock in your stay date(s) please email to reservations@ekhohotels.com or call 077 238 7777 / 011 558 5858  with the E-Voucher number
  • Once purchased, you may make changes to your stay date(s) in mentioned hotels within the validity period of the E- Voucher and prior to the locked-in stay date at each hotel
  • Once stay date(s) are blocked and if there is a no-show on the locked arrival date at the respective hotel(s), the E- Voucher will be considered redeemed at the respective hotel(s) and no refund will be arranged for the transaction value applicable for the particular hotel(s)
