E- vouchers can be used at any of the participating hotels of EKHO Hotels & Resorts.
How can I purchase E- vouchers?
E- vouchers can be purchased online using a Visa or MasterCard via this online portal.
How can I redeem my E- voucher?
You can redeem the E- voucher by presenting the email (soft copy or printed) or a clear snapshot of the voucher, together with a valid form of identification (National ID card/Driving Licence/Passport).
How are the E- vouchers delivered?
You will receive your E- vouchers via email from our reservations team.
How can I utilize E- vouchers?
Once you purchase E- vouchers, please call 077 238 7777 or 011 558 5858 or email to email@example.com with your voucher ID in order to lock in your travel dates.
What do I do if I lose my E- vouchers?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist in re-issuing the E- vouchers.
Should I redeem the full value of E- vouchers at once?
Yes, the full value of the E- voucher has to be redeemed in a single transaction in the participating hotels of EKHO Hotels & Resorts.
Can I redeem the E- vouchers for cash?
No, E- vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Does the E- vouchers have a validity period?
Yes, please refer to each E- vouchers’ details for validity/expiration dates.
Are the E- vouchers available in multiple currencies?
E- vouchers are only available in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Can I transfer the E- vouchers to another party once purchased?
E- vouchers can be gifted to another individual party. E- vouchers cannot be transferred or gifted to Travel/Leisure entities and Corporate entities for official use. If an E- voucher is transferred or gifted by the purchasing party to a Travel/Leisure/ Corporate entity for official use, EKHO Hotels & Resorts reserve the rights to accept or reject the booking.
Can I resell the E- vouchers to another party?
No, E- vouchers cannot be re-sold to any individual or any entity, domestically or internationally. If an E- voucher is resold to a domestic or international entity EKHO Hotels & Resorts reserve the rights to reject the booking.
